Alison Doody
Alison Doody is an Irish actress and model. She was born on 11th November 1966. Her debut in a feature film was in a minor part in the Bond film A View to a Kill. (1985). Later, she portrayed Nazi-sympathising Archaeologist Elsa Schneider (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 1989). Siobhan Donavan played the role in A Prayer for the Dying in 1987. Charlotte appeared in Taffin (in the year 1988) and Rebecca Flannery played Major League II. Doody was first introduced to modeling when she was approached by an experienced photographer. The result was a successful modeling career in the commercial world. Doody was averse to glamour and nude modeling, which she carried over to her acting. Once she caught the attention of the director of casting for a James Bond movie, she took a part of A View to a Kill as Jenny Flex. Doody was named one of the top 12 promising young Actors from 1986 in John Willis Screen World, Volume. 38. Doody was still only 18 when she made her first appearance in the Bond role.
