Beyoncé Giselle Knowles
Beyonce Giselle Knowles, was born on
September 4, 1981, in Houston. Tina Knowles, her mom creates the glittering
costumes as well as Mathew Knowles, Destiny's Child's manager. Solange is her
sibling (they're four years apart) has released her debut album. She performs
with her sister at DC-3 shows. Beyonce is of Louisiana Creole and African
descent. They were found by Whitney Houston. One of her favorites is
"Lovefool" by The Cardigans. A pair of metallic path work boots is
her top piece of clothing. She is the author and producer for many of the
group’s smash songs, including "Jumpin Jumpin", “Bootylicious"
Nasty Girls", "Independent Women", and "Happy Face".
The lead singer in the group's group singing with Destiny's child. She opened
for Christina Aguilera in 2000. TLC was their opening act (1999). There is a
cat named Master P Attended the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts
in Houston, Texas. Solange is Nixon & Koi Knowles their older
half-sister. Star Search (1983) - One time performed. In 2001, she became the
first African American woman to be awarded the ASCAP Pop Songwriter of the Year
Award. She is a huge supporter and admirer of Middle Eastern music. Her most
popular hit track is "Crazy in Love", (2003). The Radio Music Awards,
MTV Europe Video Music Awards and Billboard Awards are among the award shows
she has performed at in 2003. She also performed at the South African AIDS
benefit event that Bono of U2 hosted in November 2003 to combat the AIDS
epidemic. On February 8, 2004 she was awarded five Grammy Awards, including
Best Contemporary R&B album for "Dangerously in Love". She
also won the most awards this year's (2004) concert. Mathew is her father. is
an African-American. Tina her mother is Louisiana Creole. She has ancestors who
are predominantly African as well as French. They also have Canadian and
Canadian ancestors. Beyonce is also of 1/32 Irish descent and is distantly
related to Breton, Spanish, Indonesian, and Chinese roots from her maternal
side, as well. According to some sources, she developed a stage persona named
"Sasha" to overcome her shyness.
